Weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday. However, outwith the main holiday period short breaks will be considered.

The above rates include the following:
- All electricity charges
- Oil central underfloor heating
- Use of computer with broadband access (from end of 2007)
- Towels and bed linen
- Baby equipment (travel cot and bedding; bath; top and tail set; steriliser; selection of baby toys (including play gym)
- Use of a selection of games, films, books, Orkney CDs, picnic gear and binoculars.
- Welcome pack, including grocery items and samples of Orkney produce. This pack includes variety of cereals, butter, cheese, milk, bread, a selection of Orkney biscuits and oatcakes and Orkney fudge. For those of you who have booked a two week holiday or more will receive a complimentary bottle of Orkney wine and beer.
20% deposit is required on booking with the remaining balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
