Weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday. However, outwith the high season period we will consider shorter breaks.

The following is included in the price:
1 Oil central underfloor heating;
2 Electricity;
3 Towels and bed linen;
4 Baby equipment.
5 Use of a selection of games, films and books.
6 Welcome pack, including grocery items and samples of Orkney produce.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
The following terms and conditions apply if the booking is cancelled:

- 10 weeks prior to arrival, then the full deposit will be returned.
- Between 6-10 weeks of arrival, then the deposit is non returnable.
- 6 weeks or less prior to arrival, then the deposit and balance will be kept. However if the cottage can be let, the balance will be fully refunded.
Check
in time is from 4 pm.
Guest must vacate the cottage by 10 am on day of departure.
Outwith the main holiday period short breaks with other arrival and departure
times can be arranged.
